Please Note: These positions are largely customer service oriented and any person hired into the positions is expected to offer the highest level of guest experience as possible. Employment within the Guest Services department will be based upon dedication to strictly adhering to Kirkwood’s customer service policies. All employees will also be expected to assist in the ticket office and in the ticket checking department when needed. This position is also based on attendance and requires a flexible schedule.
