Take part in our annual torchlight parade, watch the fireworks while sipping on a cocktail or, bring in the new year in style on a New Years Snow Cat Tour....
We've also got live music by Tahoe favorites Deep Fried Mojo and parties at Bub's and the Wall Bar!
Live music in the Plaza.
The kickoff 'Sierra Nevada Pale Ale, Winter Lounge' will start at 3pm with a DJ spinning and Après-ski party! Food by Groovers world famous Links 'N' Drinks and the Wall Bar for Cocktails. Sponsored by Sierra Nevada Pale Ale and Kaluha.
Torchlight Parade.
- Tickets for the torchlight parade will be sold from 1:00pm at the High Alpine Adventure Centre (Opposite from the General Store in the Red Cliffs area)
- The torchlight parade is a limited ticketed event, and is so on a first come, first served basis. (No exceptions)
- The Torchlight Parade is an event for skiers ONLY.
- Participants must be of 8 years or older.
- Participants must be of expert skier ability. Individuals must be comfortable with obstacles and ungroomed terrain.
- Every participant must be physically present at the ticket office.
- Staff will not allow multiple purchases UNLESS all individuals are physically present.
- Staff will be unable to sell tickets to a minor unless a parent or guardian is present.
- Tickets cost $25 and include 2 flares and an limited edition t-shirt.
- The Torchlight Parade will begin at 6:00pm. Please be at the bottom of Chair 6 by 5:15
Fireworks.
Fireworks will start at the conclusion of the Torchlight Parade (approx 6:45pm)
Wall Bar and Grille
Wall Bar will be open for dinner.
Bubs Pub
Bubs Pub will be open for Dinner Service. They will also play host to 'Deep Fried Mojo' starting at 9:30pm, and help Kirkwood bring in the New Year!
